Because I missed the turnoff to Little Panocho Road while driving from Visalia to San Luis Reservoir to Hollister on T 12 Apr I decided to spend a night at the Mercey Hot Springs RV Campground. As one drives south toward Pinnacles Natl Monument, he turns left at Paicines for Panoche. Because there are numerous one-lane bridges or fords as well as occasional rock slides in spots, this is not the road to drive during a winter storm.
Click 1 or 2 time on the 2d shot and you'll see there's still water in the creek flowing NW in the general direction of Paicines; and this country is more populated than Priest's Valley on SR25 from Coalinga to near Pinnacles.
